where oh where has my wifi gone??

brand new macbook retina. broke the bank buying it. first week fine while travelling, while it still had the old OS installed. second week back home, i install the new El Capitan and the wifi drops out every half hour. searched the internet for a fix and found one that worked for a while (adding a new location, deleting system files, rebooting blah blah blah). Now i’m travelling again and it is still impossible to join a network except my iphone personal hotspot.

thoroughly unreliable and a pain in the neck. if i could go back in time i would buy the surface pro i was tempted by.

awful. can i please have my old os back???
